PTFE expansion joints

Solid-molded PTFE expansion joints are corrosion-resistant and made to withstand the high pressure and temperature in a compact, space-saving design. Standard sizes from DN 25 to DN 600 with two, three, or more convolutions in sizes up to DN 900. PTFE expansion joints can operate with temperatures to 200°C from a full vacuum to 1,6 MPa(g) depending on the type and number of convolutions.

Ductile iron flanges with tapped bolt holes, integral steel limit bolts, and reinforcing rings enable them to absorb vibratiosn and allows thermal movement and misalignment in piping. All flanges are tapped to mate with PN 10 or PN 16 companion flanges.
